About Gumi Ayu
The EcoHotel started as dream of building a home on slope of hill in munduk Bali. When Made Razak and Sandra passed by this beautiful, unspoiled village in almost the end of in 2018’s then the next year we starting to follow this dream with many personal touches related with Balinese consept;

In Bali, the outlook and philosophy on life is called Tri Hita Karana, which literally translates as the Three Causes to Prosperity, bringing about harmonious relationships. This universal concept ties together used by the team to built Gumi Ayu related with Balinese wisdom concept the relationship with God , their Surroundings and humanity . This harmonious lifestyle includes maintaining the balance of the spiritual and physical worlds. It helps take ownership and responsibility for our ; life, relationships, community and environment. It is a universal strategy to preserve the balance, compatibility and the harmony of life on Mother Earth.

Our HUT cottage-style accommodation, perched above the Munduk river and mountain slopes, offers a private sanctuary amidst the natural beauty of Bali. Complete with a fully furnished living room, private bathroom, and amenities like refillable drinking water and a kettle for tea or coffee, every detail is crafted to enhance your escape into nature’s embrace.
